Non-emergency city requests

Houston 311 is the official starting point for non-emergency city service requests. Use its website to find the appropriate reporting channel for a real issue.

Houston 311 already provides a public service-request map ↗. Anole’s proposed role is to bring community observations and follow-up actions together across public and privately operated places.

You’ll leave this prototype. Anole does not submit to 311, check case status or use a 311 write API.

In an emergency, call 911.

Do not use this concept to seek emergency response. Sample cooling places, supplies and routes are not verified resources.
